This was written (at home) by one of my first graders after a presentation from a "real" cowboy poet, T.J. Casey (pictured above). Tomorrow is Western Day at school, and there is a family fun night with Mr. Casey's performance and line dancing. Yee Haw!

Old cowboy
Got on his
Spotted Pony,
Pal.
He rode
For many miles.

It really flows, I like it. Oh sweet little babes. Thank you for sharing funnies from your kids, I really enjoy their randomness and how funny they are without trying.
All of your funny little posts about your students make us all want to be teachers. Maybe you should start telling the bad things too so I don't do something stupid, like go back to school!
